Cock n Bull Pub - Bondi Junction
Tonight I met up with a friend and we searched around Bondi Junction for a good dinner spot. After failing to get into Kelly's Bar and Grill on the top floor of the mall, we tried the seafood place on the floor below. Unfortunately the serving size was small enough that we decided to seek more dinner elsewhere, back outside we ran across an Irish pub attached to the Grand Hotel called Cock n Bull. Although the name was generic and it's probably a chain, it seamed to be a bit more original than the surroundings so we proceeded.

South American Food on Cleveland Street
After getting home tonight I decided to go out in the rain and find a place to eat out. I made my way to Crown street in Surrey Hills and walked the street to investigate my options. The restaurants ranged from Japanese to Indian food, and from high end diner to hole in the wall shack.

Visit to Hearst Castle
After waking up from our drunken campfire, we decided to drive south toward Hearst Castle at San Simeon. The scenery was easier to appreciated knowing that we weren't in as much of a hurry this time. We stopped a couple times to take pictures off the cliffs before we got to our destination.

Camping at Big Sur
During the week I decided to try some camping at Big Sur on the coast of California. I started by meeting up with my friend in Hollywood on Wednesday and loading both of our tents into his Volkswagen, by 9:30 am we were well packed and got onto the road. Three hours later we stopped in San Luis Obispo at some place called Firestone Grill, where I was forced into ordering a tri tip sandwich by my friend. I wasn't into the idea at first but someone else in the line told me it was the best tri tip sandwich in California, so I got it and I wasn't disappointed From there we drove up to Cambria to stock up on our food and beer, and then made the final leg of our journey toward Big Sur. Upon arrival in Big Sur, we selected a campsite on the edge of our campground and put the tents up while the sun disappeared.
The morning broke with strobes of light beaming though the trees, I took the opportunity to take some snapshots of the campsite:
