I've just had some time to explore the Bondi Junction area a bit. What I've found is different and somewhat disappointing. The highlight of this area is the Westfield mall, I took my time to explore the mall and found Kelly's Bar and Grill on the 6th floor which had a good view.
Down on the street my exploration uncovered a dull side of Bondi Junction. The run down buildings, eroded streets and store front window paintings brought me to estimate that this area was still living sometime in the 1980s.
